- ✓ Complete Preliminary Survey
- ✓ Have experienced loneliness
- ✓ Have reliable internet access
- ✓ Have no, or limited experience using meditation and mindfulness
🧘♀️ Participation Involves
- Participate in six weeks of online mindfulness modules.
- Completing questionnaires before and after the six-week modules.
- Keeping a daily log of your mindfulness practices.
